Setting Up Chatwork Integration

1. Enable Chatwork Integration in Settings

Go to the Settings page and click "Connect" in the Chatwork notification settings. Follow the instructions on the displayed page to complete the Chatwork integration.

Important Notes

  • Chatwork integration is configured separately for each My Space and Team Space.
  • For Team Spaces, only the team owner can configure the integration. Team members can set up Chatwork notifications for individual scheduling pages after the team owner has completed the integration setup.

2. After Integration Setup

The Chatwork notification settings display will change to show the currently connected Chatwork account.
You will then be able to configure Chatwork notifications for each scheduling page.

Configuration When Creating Scheduling Pages

1. Enable Chatwork Notifications When Creating a Scheduling Page

When creating a new scheduling page or configuring templates, turn on "Send to Chatwork".

2. Select Notification Room (Group Chat)

The "Select notification room" setting will appear. Click to select the room where you want to receive notifications. After generating the scheduling page, when a schedule is confirmed, a confirmation notification will be sent to the selected Chatwork room.

Types of Notifications

The following types of notifications are sent to Chatwork:

  • When a schedule is confirmed
  • When a confirmed appointment is canceled through Aitemasu
  • When a poll response is received for poll-type scheduling
