The Free plan has no limitations on the number of scheduling pages you can create. However, some features available in paid plans are not accessible.

If all teams have 2 or fewer members, you can use the Free plan (¥0).
If any team has 3 or more members, all members must be on the Pro or Premium plan, so you'll need to subscribe to one of these plans.
If you're already on a Pro or Premium plan, you can use the same plan across multiple teams without additional charges.

When purchasing the plan, specify 10 licenses and enter your company name as the billing address.
A "Billing Group" will be automatically created, and you can invite your employees to this group to enable them to use the paid plan.
Note that all members within a Billing Group must use the same plan. If you want different plans for different employees, you'll need to create two Billing Groups (requiring two Aitemasu accounts for payment), purchase the necessary licenses for each plan, and then invite users to the respective Billing Groups.

Yes, you can change your plan at any time.

After cancellation, you can continue using your current plan until the end of your billing period. After that, you'll automatically be switched to the Free plan.
When moved to the Free plan, you'll become "unapproved" in any team with 3 or more members. Additionally, if you're using paid plan features as a host in any scheduling pages, those features will be restricted. Some scheduling pages may not be accessible depending on the features used.
