Integration with External Systems like Slack and Chatwork

Through Itemath's Webhook feature, you can send notifications for schedule confirmations and cancellations from Itemath and integrate data.
You can either build your own system or easily connect with various web services like Slack, Chatwork, Google Sheets, and kintone without coding by sending data through Webhook to services like Zapier or Make.

About Zapier and Make
These are no-code automation platforms that easily connect different applications. They integrate with thousands of apps and can build multi-step workflows by connecting various actions (e.g., integration with Google Sheets or Slack) triggered by notifications. You can automate daily routine tasks by connecting multiple services with just a few clicks, without writing a single line of code.

Method

1. Prepare Your System

First, prepare an https endpoint to receive Webhook requests, either in your own system or through services like Zapier or Make.

2. Configure Webhook

Paste the endpoint you prepared in step 1 into the Webhook settings field in Itemath. If there are any other necessary settings in Itemath, please refer to this guide.

3. Implement Post-Webhook Processing

Implement the processing that should occur after receiving the Webhook request in your own system or through services like Zapier or Make. For information about the data structure of requests sent through Webhook, please see here.
